"I have always thought of reviewing as a matchmaking service of sorts. I believe every show has an audience, and my job is to do just that: to help artists find their people."

As Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Montreal Theatre Hub, since February of 2016 Camila has written, edited and published over 2,000 articles including original reviews, interviews and previews in specialized reporting of the city's English language theatre scene.

From musicals to circus spectacles, classical to contemporary pieces, her body of work encompasses coverage of amateur, student, and professional productions alike across various performative genres.

A member of the Canadian Theatre Critics' Association, Camila is the honouree of a 2019 Nathan Cohen Award for excellence in writing in the category of Outstanding Emerging Critic.
